About these terms
These terms apply to services booked through this website or quoted by us. Ventilation Service is a trading name of Fuimus Services Limited (company number 11796619), whose registered office is at 12 Hatherley Road, Sidcup, DA14 4DT.
Fixed-price services
All prices include VAT. The price shown for each fixed-price service is payable in full at the time of booking. Each booking covers the service described for one unit unless stated otherwise. After you book, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
If, on arrival, our engineer finds that the system differs from the one booked or that additional work is required, they will explain this to you before carrying out any further work. Additional work is carried out only with your agreement.
Fault diagnosis visits
The diagnostic visit fee covers attendance, inspection of the system and identification of the fault. Where a repair can be completed during the visit, our engineer will discuss the cost with you before proceeding. Otherwise, we will provide a written quotation for the repair.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the information available at the time.
Appointments and access
Please ensure that our engineer has safe access to the unit, including loft access where required. If our engineer attends at the agreed time and is unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, for example because access is not available, the full price of the visit will be charged. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to rearrange an appointment.
Your right to cancel
If you book a service online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of making your booking without giving a reason. To cancel, please email hello@ventilationservice.co.uk or call 0208 1757 567, giving your name and the address of the property.
If you have asked us to carry out the service within the 14-day cancellation period and you cancel after the service has begun, we may deduct an amount for the work already carried out. If you cancel after the service has been completed in full, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.
Our liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us so that we can look into it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
