Ventilation Service is a trading name of Fuimus Services Limited (company number 11796619), whose registered office is at12 Hatherley Road, Sidcup, DA14 4DT. Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, telephone number and email address, and your company name where relevant.
- Property details: the address of the property and any access information you provide.
- Details of your requirements, including descriptions and any photographs you upload.
- Booking details, including the service booked, your preferred appointment times and confirmation of payment. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Basic information about how you arrived at our website, such as the referring website or campaign, provided with your enquiry or booking.

Who we share it with
We share personal information only where necessary, with:
- our engineers and, where the work is outside our own service area, approved partner companies carrying out the work on our behalf;
- service providers who support our business, including our website hosting provider, payment processor, email service provider and job management software provider, each acting on our instructions;
- landlords or managing agents, where you have booked on their behalf or the work is arranged through them;
- professional advisers and insurers, and public authorities where the law requires it.
Where a service provider processes information outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
If no work is carried out, we keep enquiry information for 12 months and then delete it. Records of bookings, work carried out, invoices and payments are kept for six years from the end of the financial year to which they relate, to meet our tax and accounting obligations. If you have asked for service reminders, we keep the details needed to send them until you ask us to stop.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics. Our website statistics are collected without cookies. Our security check and payment pages may use strictly necessary technologies to protect against fraud and misuse.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal information, and to ask us to correct, erase or restrict its use, or to object to its use. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details above.
