Positive input ventilation
A positive input ventilation (PIV) unit, usually installed in the loft, draws in fresh air, filters it and gently introduces it into the home. This helps to dilute moist air and reduce condensation.
We supply, install, service and repair PIV units. As requirements vary between properties, PIV work is quoted individually.
When to arrange a visit
- Condensation is forming on windows
- The unit has become noisy or has stopped working
- The filter has not been replaced in the last 12 months
