Our standard services are offered at a fixed price, payable when you book online. All prices include VAT. Installation and other work are quoted individually, and quotations are valid for 30 days.

Multi-unit discount
A discount of up to 10% per unit is available if you have several units serviced at one property, or if you book together with a neighbour. Please contact us with details of the units, and we will confirm the price.

The £90 diagnostic visit covers inspection of the system and identification of the fault. Where a repair can be completed during the visit, our engineer will discuss this with you; otherwise, we will provide a written quotation for the repair.
